We take pride in offering flexible delivery options for our customers! As we operate from two international warehouses, shipping times may vary depending on the distance between countries. Our shipping process typically involves both flight and ground shipping to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
To optimize our shipping frequency, we schedule flights every second week, and when possible, weekly based on order volume. If you place your order just before the weekly shipment to your country, you can expect super-fast delivery of your package(s)! However, if you order after our deadline, the next flight delivery might be two weeks away, resulting in a total delivery time of three weeks (two weeks for the flight and an additional 3-5 days for processing and delivery is typical once it arrives to most countries).
If you have specific time constraints and need your order within a particular timeframe, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to avoid any unnecessary shipping costs, but for customized delivery options, additional shipping fees may apply depending on your desired order quantity and shipping speed.
For your reference, approximate shipping times are as follows:
United Kingdom: 15 days
Rest of Europe: 2.5-3.5 weeks
Canada, United States, Australia & Everywhere Else: 3-4 weeks
(in our experience, the average delivery time to the USA and Australia is 2 weeks, however we list it as 3-4 weeks in cases of unforeseeable events).

At Light of Twelve, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when it comes to selecting and receiving your crystals. We operate from two separate warehouses to ensure a wide selection of crystals and offer you the opportunity to choose your own stones.
One warehouse is dedicated to our "Select Your Own Crystals" option, where you can handpick your desired crystals. We recognized a gap in the market for personalized crystal selection, and we're delighted to fulfill this unique offering. The crystals available for selection are housed in this warehouse. The second warehouse primarily holds our crystals sold by weight or in larger quantities. This setup allows us to efficiently manage inventory and provide you with an extensive range of crystals to choose from.
As a result, when you place an order containing both types of crystals or if your items are sourced from different warehouses, you may receive your order in more than one package. Rest assured that both packages will adhere to our standard Shipping Policy and timeframe.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards such as Interac, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
All of our prices are all inclusive, meaning that tax is already included in the price! This was in hopes to make the shopping process much more simple!
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email from us to confirm that your orders have been received. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you tracking emails to keep you updated on its journey.
Please note that orders are only shipped once your credit card payment status is approved, and both the billing and delivery addresses are verified. Rest assured, we aim to process orders promptly to get your crystals to you as soon as possible.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page. Tarot Reading FAQ
Hopefully a lot of fun, lol! When doing readings, It's my goal to have clients feeling 10000x better than when we sat down to chat! It's a passion of mine to help others embrace their spiritual sides so that they may recognize the strength within that they've always had! If there's a particularly difficult situation, I find it even the more important to be there walking side-by-side with my clients to help them feel heard and to come up with an action plan moving forward.
Normally, sessions will last for the amount of time you have booked! However, if spirit is guiding me to do an extended session with you because of an important message, I would love if you would stay to join me! If I have an appointment immediately afterwards, I will give you a discount code in order to book Part 2 of the session, on the house! This career has been so rewarding and I love being able to help out wherever I can :)
I guess it depends who you're asking, lol! Do I see it as magic? No! I also think anyone can be a tarot reader. Tarot cards are just one of the many tools someone can use to connect with the "I AM" within.
I believe we are everyone & everything - there is no separation. I find quantum physics particularity interesting! Many tests have been done over the years that show that one neutron is in two places at the exact same time! Where it goes is influenced by the observer. When theres no observation, it exists in both. When applying that to our day-to-day, I see the "egoic state" as the side of ourselves thats in active participation of the 3D world. This looks a lot like: "I want this", "I need this", "I'm worried about this", - anything that requires actions to take from the physical environment in order to gain for the human body "survival". On the other end of the spectrum, there is the "god-concious" side. Where there is no more scarcity, fear, hate, guilt, shame, sadness etc - everything just is. Acceptance, peace and joy are of abundance because it comes with the recognition that we create our realities as the spirit through our words, thoughts, writings & numbers.
From here, we can see that everything around us is like a "smoke and mirrors", and is a direct reflection of our current frequency so there never is anything to be fearful about.
When we become one with everything around us with no observation and only flow, we are able to interpret the superposition of all sides as we're not playing an observer choosing an outcome. We will always be in abundance this way.
I believe theres many ways to get there! An easy way to look at it is: the ego state is reactive as in "I don't have" and the spirit conscious state already has everything it needs because it is everything so we can just sit back and fully embrace all that is life, "psychic abilities" and all, lol!
As of current, my best guess is that the intuition we hear within is actually us connecting to ourselves and all "others" on the same frequency as if we're able to transfer knowledge at quantum speed.
Does that mean I believe in God? I sure do! This dream-like / matrix is too perfect to not be a simulation of some type or another. We can ask for whatever we want, and it will appear! I do not follow a particular theology or religion but they all say something similar - find enlightenment and become one with God. Not that the human body with human intentions is God - its always that the spirit within "is" and creates everything around us at all times. We see that we're all a spirit having a human experience and with enlightenment, comes a very deep appreciation for all that is :) What a beautiful time to be alive!

I have been reading tarot for a little over 12 years as of July, 2023! I had the most amazing spiritual teacher one could ever ask for. When she passed away in 2021, I decided to make teaching spirituality my career so I could pass along all of the beautiful wisdom she shared with me over the years. Currently, most of my time is spend doing talks all over the world in helping others on their journeys of embracing enlightenment! It's an absolute joy and I'm so thankful for how everything has been coming along :)
My grandmother was a very talented psychic medium and she had told me when I was a child that this would end up being what I do for a living! Never in a million years did I think that would come true but it was certainly meant to be once I went through my spiritual awakening, lol!
